When will I receive my order?

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible. After successful verification (time frame: within 5 – 7 working days after order date)

The official working days from Sunday till Thursday from 10 am to 6 pm

 

Please NOTICE : The policy for the shipping companies sometimes not covered all areas inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, So in that case kindly follow the below:

* For the new order the customer has to collect the new shipment from the nearest shipping company office,

* For the return shipments, the customer has to print the AWB ( Air Way Bill ) after receiving it from our side via email and drop the shipment at the nearest ( Aramex - DHL ) branch and they will help you with that and collect the items and deliver it to our end ... 

 

 

Please Note : In accordance with the new guidance issued by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Saudi Arabia highlighted below, any orders received after the 12th of May 2020 (20th of Ramadan 1441) are expected to be delivered after the Eid holiday.

This step is issued to help manage customer expectations during the Ramadan and Eid peak season. None the less, we remain committed to allocating all of our resources to deliver your shipments as soon as possible.

What will happen on delivery day?

  • When your order is shipped and ready for delivery, you will receive an SMS indicating that the order is in the process of being delivered to you, including the time of delivery and the contact details of the delivery representative.
  • If the Courier needs more details about your address, you will receive a phone call from him
  • If the shipping company tries to deliver three times without successfully reaching you, this order will be canceled.

How much the Shipping Cost?

  • We would like to inform you all orders more than 200 SAR it will be free shipping
  • All orders less than 200 SAR shipping fee will be 30 SAR
  • Cash on delivery will be charged an additional service fee 30 SAR per order

How can I track my order?

We have made the tracking of the customer's orders easier; the customer can track the order through our website from the link "Track order" or through the link to the shipping company aramex.com

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send the shipment details via mobile text message also to your email. This message contains the AWB number.
